Thank you for giving more young people’s feelings a place to go at the 2023 BMO Walk so Kids Can Talk!

On Sunday, May 7, 2023, over 12,000 people across Canada joined Kids Help Phone at BMO Walk so Kids Can Talk. During this signature fundraising event, we came together to generate critical funds for youth mental health and well-being. And we’re not stopping there!

Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only free, confidential e-mental health support service that’s always open, offering young people across Canada a non-judgmental space to Feel Out Loud in English and French.

Steady state is not an option. We’re leading the largest movement supporting youth mental health in Canada’s history. Young people need you and communities across Canada to continue to mobilize and raise $300M by the end of 2024.

We can’t address the issues young people face — the COVID-19 pandemic, systemic racism, mental health stigma and more — without action. And if we aren’t always there for each and every young person in need, who will be?
